"I’ve spent a bit of money at this store over that last 7yrs working at different places, I applied for a cash commercial account as I have a business. I did this 3 times, once before Covid, once about 3 months ago and then again on the 9th of September. Each time I was told someone would reach out within a few days. So I went in on the 16th to buy some items and check on my wholesale account. I got nothing but attitude from the Manager of the store, cannot remember his name but he “boasted” that “I’m the store manager and these things take time and she will get to it when she gets to it” and rambled on about how backed up they were….I don’t care, apologize about the delay, be understanding and smile with your eyes since you were wearing mask. He was nothing short of rude rather than understanding that I’ve been waiting. I have accounts with Autozone, CarToys, Crutchfield, Chevron, etc…and I owned a Napa auto Care Center for 5yrs. Years ago the staff was pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will never darken their doorstep again. Horrible, horrible management attitude. Leaders lead by example, and have employees who follow them. Managers just have people who do what they tell them."
