My car's oxygen sensor needed to be replaced, as he and his team were able to diagnose; and he later contacted me about my pedal also needing to be replaced. He provided updates if repairs would be taking longer than anticipated, and general updates about how things were going. He was very upfront about pricing and wanted to make sure it was okay to proceed.
