"Ramone is good, humble and so helpful. Thought I needed a patch/plug because my low tire pressure light came on and I found a piece of metal in tread that looked like a puncture. He took off my tire, pulled the little piece out and determined it was benign. Checked all my tires pressure, put air in them and refused any payment or even a tip. 10/10 would recommend and will visit next time I need tire service. Yeah I just needed some air I'm my tires lol."
"Ramon was absolutely amazing! I lost tread on my tire because of what Ramon told me was ultimately bad alignment. With old worn tires and and AWD Subaru, I needed to replace all four of my tires in a pinch and a smaller budget. He was responsive, accommodating, and helpful and was able to get me in and out quick, under a half hour with no wait! I've waited for hours at big tire shops before and this was great.
