"I'm from Chile traveling in my truck camper and Carlos help was amazing. We fixed two leaks that were really hard to find and fix. We install air lift airbags to the truck. Also a difficult job. He explain me everything. Answer all my questions with a lot of patience. He showed me how to install a new converter, the heat thermostat and USB adapters so I can do it my self and save money. "Has Our Business Called to get a base plate and installation on our new tow vehicle. I had called all over to get this done and the other RV places were ok but they did not match Superior's sales & service. Carlos took the time to get all the parts needed ordered and at a very good price. They were installed on our vehicle quickly NO "well it will be 2 or 3 weeks wait" like the other RV places. This was all done during high RV season. We will return with any other RV needs, they have our business!"

"Carlos is a crook. I will never go back and advise everyone to shop elsewhere. My experience: I called to get a quote on Filon (the fiberglass material used on the exterior of an RV). Carlos quoted me $3.95 a sq ft. I said, "Great! I will come in and order it today." When I arrived Carlos showed me the materials he had in stock. He unfortunately did not have the sizes I needed and I was told I would need to special order it. No problem. We sat down and discussed my needs. When rang me up he explained that he had made a mistake and it would actually be $4.50 a sq ft... That was fine, I was very understanding, we are human and we make mistakes sometimes. I was still happy to do business with him. He then told me it would come in the next day, I put down a deposit, and went on my way. The next day, no word. I waited for 4 days and heard nothing, so, I decided to called him. When he got on the phone, he said, "Yes, it is here, but the price is going to be a bit higher." I asked, "how much higher?" He didn't give me any information, just a grand total after tax. Something seemed fishy, the price had taken a substantial increase. So, I said, "ok, I will come by after work to pick it up." After hanging up, I decided to do the math. Carlos was now charging me $5.56 a sq ft! When I called back to tell him that I wanted to take my business elsewhere he said, "OK." and immediately hung up on me."
