She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done on the trunk of my car and gave me a fair quote. The result was fantastic - the work was done meticulously, and my car now looks amazing with a perfectly sealed trunk. Although there were some delays in getting the work done due to unforeseen issues, I am pleased with the quality of the work and the level of service I received from this shop.
