"I purchased a product and paid extra to have the flag printed on the LEFT sleeve as described on the item description. (Seller later changed the listing to reflect left sleeve when "looking at the shirt" from the front, also known as the RIGHT sleeve... unlucky for Jan I have screenshots of the original post) I contacted Jan to ask that she send me one printed on the LEFT sleeve as described or none at all, seller asked for photographs of the shirt which were provided and then wanted to get into a debate as to which sleeve is the left sleeve and which sleeve was the right sleeve on a t-shirt. (This is where the when "looking at the shirt" comes into play) After nearly a dozen back and forth emails trying to correct this with the seller, I had to get Amazon to step in to get her to offer a refund. Good old Jan then tried to make up the rules and say Buyer was responsible for the return shipping... again unlucky for Jan I had screenshots of the return policy as well. Buy elsewhere, preferably someone that can differentiate between right and left. This seller is unreasonable and has questionable business practices at best."
