"Had high hopes as window was cute. Customer service lacking. The clerks had no idea about product, stock or sizing. I found the selection not really great quality for the price.They had a cute boot, but the top fabric was recycled something, not waterproof and looked like it would last a day but pricy. Talk about no social distancing. Packed in like sardines but clerks yelling at people for no masks. Ironic. I found a really cute store, Ter Har's ( x the street and down a few on a corner) with really sweet clerks who knew the product lines. Great selection and pricing. Got an adorable down vest."
