"There is cute stuff but my 82 yo Mom fell down the 2 steps & broke her ankle. Another customer and myself were trying to help her. After about 10 min, then a young employee walked up and asked if she was okay. Her face made it look like someone was twisting her arm to ask. I asked her if this happens a lot. She replied with yes. With that knowledge this shop needs to put a ramp there or keep that door locked and only have the other door opened."

"Staff was rude. My friend accidentally spilled his coffee, which I understand is annoying and inconvenient, but the woman spoke rudely to him and didn’t offer to help clean it up. She said, “you clearly didn’t read the no food or drink sign” loudly in front of all the customers. It was unprofessional and immature. The coffee didn’t damage any items, it just got on the floor. Customer service matters. It’s what makes people stay and come back. I’d recommend an attitude adjustment."

"They have good brands here, and some good deals. When my partner and I stopped by, all of the store was on clearance. The clothes that they sold were generally not my cup of tea. Didn't realize it was a women's apparel shop when looking from outside, which was a bit disappointing to me since I wanted to buy my partner something. They do have some really nice hats and stickers."

"Staff isn’t customer friendly. Me and my 6 year old daughter were followed the entire time by some rude old lady who apparently thought I was there to steal. Little did she know I had hundreds of dollars in cash on me and genuinely looking to spoil my daughter. I had planned on buying a lot more than what I actually did but I was tired of being treated like a thief so we left. I’ll never shop here again."
