"I was totally disappointed with the product purchased for the price paid. I live in Houston so I searched for a florist near my mother’s house for a delivery. I told the gentleman to create something beautiful for $100.00. The delivery arrived and I asked my mom to take a picture of it and OMG, the quality of the arrangement was really poor. It was as if it was thrown together without any attention to detail and the flowers didn’t look fresh. To top it off, I didn’t receive any notifications that someone was en route with the delivery or that it had been delivered. You guys have to do better."
