"DO NOT USE KIM STARR! My siblings and I wanted to send a floral bouquet as a gesture to a family friend for a death in the family. I made it abundantly clear on the phone while placing the order that the total for the order, including all cost such as delivery and tax, needed to be $200 because the cost was going to be split equally with my siblings. The cost came in at $217 so I called them and told them that "all in" I should have only been charged $200. I did not care about the $17, it was the principal of the matter that they would not honor their commitment. After a couple attempts and speaking with someone live, I did hear back from then with a response stating that they would not honor their agreed upon commitment to me. Additionally, I felt that the arrangement was meager for $200 and was a bit embarrassed. Bad experience. Don't use for floral delivery."
