"i spent $120 dollars on flowers abd balloons for my mothers birthday. when they delivered they forgot the balloons and sent flowers that looked completely different from the picture on the website. i called the customer service line and they gave me the loop around till they closed. i called the following day for the lady to only tell me the best she can do is give 15% off. Very unprofessional and will tell everyone to find a better establishment. dont buy here"
