"My fiancé wanted to purchase flowers for my birthday yesterday and went to this store. He wasn't greeted in a friendly manner nor was anyone overly helpful. The vibe he got was snobby and why is someone like you in our store. Needless to say, he left the store with zero flowers and was extremely disappointed. He took time off of a job to try to make my day special. We both are strongly for supporting local businesses, but these instances (as few a far between they may be) make you think twice just avoid attitude and order online. Retail is all about customer service and it seems to be a dying art. Based on his experience, I wouldn't recommend this business."

"I ordered a corsage over the phone. I was told to pick it up on Saturday before 1:30PM. I arrived at 12:50PM and the shop was closed, no lights, done. So I called the after hours number and left two messages and a text. No one ever returned my call or text. Now I don’t have a corsage for a bridal shower I’m hosting tomorrow. It is beyond frustrating and a terrible way to do business. So disappointed!"
