"I have never had a worse experience with a business than I had last week with this florist. Same day delivery was guaranteed at the time of my order, but I received an email at 4:17pm from Dawn informing me that delivery would not be possible that day. I told her delivery the next day (Saturday) would be fine and asked for a time frame on when it might be delivered, but never heard back from her. The recipient was gone from their home for less than two hours that day and returned to find the arrangement in the condition displayed in the photos. I again reached out to Dawn via email expressing my disappointment and again never heard back from her. For being a small business in a small town, you would think customer service would be a bit better. I’m not asking for much here, just an explanation on why the arrangement looks like garbage and maybe a refund. Never doing business with her again."
