"Do not use this company unless you're ok with everything being your fault. I received a gift birthday bouquet of roses from my son who lives in Texas. The flowers were received during the excessive summer heat. We were not home when they came which was after 5 pm; so their delivery person just left the arrangement on the porch. When we got home, not only were the roses fully open and wilting but even the vase they sat in was extremely warm to the touch from sitting outside in the heat. I called Tara Lea the next day to express my extreme disappointment in them just leaving these flowers on our front porch during the excessive heat wave (100 deg F). I was told that I should have arranged with a neighbor to get the flowers out of the heat when they sent a text advising they were sorry for the late delivery. (Didn't even know about the flowers being delivered. We were somewhere we could not receive texts; saw the text after we arrived home.). She then proceeded to tell me my son should have ordered directly with her florist rather than through an online internet service. If she didn't want to use the online internet service, why didn't she just refuse the order? Again, my fault for him not calling her directly. She further told me it was such short notice by the time she got the order. She could have refused the order if it was too short of notice. Tara Lea said she would make another similar arrangement for delivery to me trying to appease the situation. I held off writing this review to give her a chance to do as she said she would. Two days later and I still have not received this "replacement" arrangement. I warn anyone considering using Tara Lea's for flowers to consider using someone else. No customer service at all and nothing is her fault. There are too many other good florists who focus on customer service."

These were the most beautiful flowers I have every seen coming from a flower shop. I only wish they were closer to my house so I could use them again! VERY HAPPY with this florist!"
