"Two months wait-list for a groom, then the assistant at pickup tells my wife it will be an extra charge for "matting" of hair. You need to provide the estimate for the groom and the basic service, which is what we requested.. I'm contacting you to request a refund for the surcharges. In the future , communicate if a dog is matted and you shave the dog or you ask via telephone what we would like to do then apply the service and not try to add charge without asking."
