"I’ve brought Bella to this location before and had a nice experience to where I decided to bring her back. Bella was past due for a grooming appointment but I barely can even tell who my dog is or the fact that she is a yorkie. They shaved everything. She may have been matted but it just wasn’t that bad to shave her entire body. I feel like this was just the easy way out for a service I paid extra for. My feelings are so hurt for my baby. Maybe the groomer was new. I’m so confused."
