"I loved the property great area rooms where clean i had trouble with another hotel and booked last minute soooo happy I did I will be staying here everytime I’m in the area breakfast was great as well I do recommend"
"I booked this hotel specifically because it listed a business center on the website, as I had to file some paperwork at the Zachary City Hall nearby. It even specifies that the business center is wheelchair accessible. No such business center exists. The person working the front desk did not speak English and it took over 30 minutes to communicate to him and get a single sheet of paper printed. Due to this delay, I wound up running late and missing my flight. What should have taken less than 2 minutes turned into an ordeal leaving me extremely frustrated. Absolutely would not recommend."
"These people here do bad business. We were told if we smoke in the room it would be a $250 fine. That's fine as a smoker I'm more than used to going outside. They decided to just take an extra $50 from our account. We didn't smoke in the room. Surly isn't worth the price of $50-$250 for cigarette smell. Must be nice to be able to just take money from anybody who you see fit to. Sleep in your car. Beds are about as good as car seats. Avoid these bad practitioners of the most simple of businesses. Everyone can hear the power of my pelvic thrust as well. That may be personal but nonetheless everyone now knows."
"This was our last resort. Can't be too picky especially on Thanksgiving Day. They had a room for us. Although I specifically said that I wanted a queen double room. I'm still grateful for their assistance."
"Our room was disgusting. There were visible dirty towel’s hanging, dirty tubes, roaches crawling and my husband had to kill a few. Very dissatisfied and I would not recommend this stay to anyone."
