When he tried calling over and over and no one even bothers to answer the phone. After reading the reviews, this is apparently something they do often. They probably made a ton of money yesterday by taking peoples money and not delivering. Horrible way to do service."

"I was completely ripped off. I ordered from them through 1800flowers. I paid $80 for a nice green bouquet and my wife recieved an ugly gold bow with 2 roses, 2 lilies, and a few fillers . There were 3 sizes available. I picked the largest and recieved what appears to be smaller than the smallest. Her favorite color is green, so I thought the theme "Serene Green" was perfect. There wasn't even enough green for her to get that was what they were going for. Over the course of 14 years, I've bought my wife more flowers than I could begin to count. I've never been ripped off like this before. I'm trying to figure out what can be done about this. I will make sure that everyone that I know knows not to order from this place. I'm disgusted. I've attached what I bought vs what she received."
