"I asked if they could do a same day delivery even though I ordered after 12PM, and they followed through. It couldn’t have taken more than three hours from order to delivery. Service was fantastic. They even worked with me to make a custom order since they didn’t currently have the flowers I had asked for, and managed to make something my girlfriend loved. Thanks a ton!!"

"Very disappointed and not quite sure for the poor customer service ! My husband called and asked, if they had time to work in same day deliver less than 10 mins away for our 40th wedding anniversary ? …. and the reply was yes … she asked what would you like ? He stated roses just not red .. she placed him on hold to check came back told him what she had and he said, great a dozen lavender is perfect ! He provided his phone number and info to purchase. He called me at 4:25 and I had not received anything . He called her back to get the reply SHE RAN OUT OF ROSES and he asked, you didn’t try to call me to inform me … that’s not great cust service and her reply was IT HAD BEEN A BAD DAY … maybe she should of offered to assist in an alternative for Monday but she didn’t offer a solution ! I’m sure my very patient husband was very short due to the lack of concern she showed ! Very disappointed as if she must have enough business to not have to worry about every customer ! The truth is I don’t think I ever have written a negative review but I just didn’t understand the poor concern ! Reply to response ..: Interesting ! You say you can be so certain my husband didn’t call your shop ? Your shop number was an out going call twice on his phone ….. and you wish I would have called instead of a posting a review … why would I need to call if he had already called ? I guess a more professional way would be just apologize for poor customer service instead of trying to make yourself look better and the customer look wrong . Really no hard feelings …. I just believe reviews do help businesses to improve or continue their best service ! I hope this helps …"

"My husband's mother passed away last week. We needed a casket spray and funeral stand but had no idea who to call since we are from out of town. I saw Lisa's high ratings and decided to call, and I am so glad I did! The flowers were beautiful, and they were delivered exactly when she said. They brought us much joy in such a sad time, and Lisa's was very helpful, professional and sympathetic through the whole process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the personal delivery and the beauty of the arrangements.
