When calling to speak to someone, was told would get a call back.. did not.. went to shop to ask that funeral spray be made like what was ordered. Was told that I was harassing them and offered a $50 refund but was asking them to just fix the spray.. Would definitely not use again nor recommend to anyone else to use.. we spent $229"

"*edited review* 5/19/20- After tracking down the shop via social media, they apologized for the confusion and even went into the shop on Sunday (Mother's Day) to create and deliver a beautiful arrangement to my sister. Pictures below. One star is still taken off for the headache and stress of all of this, but I am pleased with the end result and thankful to be able to surprise my sister with a little joy on Mother's Day. The gal in the shop who took the reigns to make everything better was great, the only suggestion that I can suggest is maybe a little better organization with orders to avoid anything like this in the future. 5/9/20- I would first like to state that I am willing to change my review once I see the actual product I paid for. I called Wed 5/6/2020 for a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered to my sister. She's a newly single Momma and I wanted to send some Mother's Day love her way. I live out of state, so I did not have the option to pickup and deliver myself. I called and placed the order with a very nice gal on the phone, gave my credit card information and confirmed the order, delivery info and everything. I received a call about 30 mins after stating that they wrote down my credit card info wrong, so we got that squared away and she successfully charged my credit card almost $70, I again confirmed the delivery date and address they had for the delivery. All seemed good and I was looking forward to having my sister recieve a nice surprise. Fast forward to today, the delivery date. Well, today has come and almost went with NO delivery. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. They told me on the phone that they didn't deliver on Sundays- so I know it won't show up tomorrow, meaning the Mother's Day flowers that I hoped to surprise my sister with won't be delivered before Mother's Day. I have call multiple times today, left multiple messages and I have received NOT ONE message, not one apology...NOTHING. SO now I'm out almost $70 and have no options to try and have something delivered by tomorrow. If there was a problem with the delivery or the order, they should have called me. So frustrating."
