"I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this place was that bad. If you love your pet, do not bring it here. When I first arrived to drop off my dog, the groomer was in her vehicle, not tending to the animals already inside the shop. When I asked her how long it would be, she said it would be later in the day. I asked for an approximate time and was told definitely no later than 4. When I sent her a text around 4 asking if my dog was ready, she responded, but her response was pretty incoherent. I gathered from her response that my dog was still not ready. So, I drove to the shop & arrived at 4:40 which was 40 minutes longer than the time she said she would be done. When I arrived, she was outside in her car again! It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal had I not walked in to her shop before she did and saw my dog was on the table with the rope around her neck and it appeared that she had been there for a while. In fact, she sent me a picture of my dog 30 minutes before my arrival (she sent me that picture as part of her incoherent texting) on that very table in the same exact condition, NOT DONE. My poor dog looked absolutely miserable. The owner asked for a few more minutes. We waited another 15 minutes. My dog smelled bad, her nails were not cut, and she was gapped up a bit. I surely hope this is not how all pet grooming is done. Needless to say, I just purchased a grooming table and will groom my dog myself."
