"Rude, doesn’t groom how you want them too but how they think it should be done. I understand there may be a process but if someone wants a cut a certain way, then they want it fixed it should be fixed and all other things dropped. But this business does not like bad reviews FYI, so don’t trust ratings on FB or any other thing, she uses her family to harass you to take your review of YOUR experience off. If this business appreciated customer feedback they would use it to better themselves instead of arguing and harassing their customers about a bad review. It just shows they don’t care what you think rather they like to do what they want and take your money. Don’t trust them with your pets grooming needs, you will not be happy, and if you leave a bad review beware, you will get hate mail and harassment. Many other professional groomers out there.
