"Worst Experience Ever! Took my son’s iPhone to repair screen in January picked the phone up and before I could leave the parking lot screen went blank. I took it back in the technician took it for about 5 minutes and told me it was fixed and if it happens again it’s covered under warranty. A few weeks later it happened again, we was going to return, but the screen came back on. So, we decided not to bring it unless it happens again. Lo and behold it happened again. We returned and they Stated there is a year warranty unless it was cracked or water damage. Neither happened!!!!!! The technician stated it was pressure so the warranty is not honored! There is no sign of damage to the phone but they came up with a reason not to honor the warranty and want to charge and other 119.00 plus tax to repair. I reminded them that this happened soon as I left the day of repair and they stated they would notate the account but I guess never did! I asked to speak with the technician, owner, manager or someone that could provide even half off and was denied! They stated the owner was out of town and could not be reached at the moment! Very unprofessional! I would never return nor refer this company to ANYONE! Don’t know how they are in business!!!! Also was asked to give a review the first time! Here ya go “The Poorest Excuse of a Company”!!!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!"
