"I received excellent service, and I totally recommend All Star Ford Service Center. I showed up to the (busy) service department WITHOUT an appointment on a Monday morning. I live more than 650 miles away and was preparing to leave for home the following day when a "service required Asap" notification appeared on my instrument panel. I received nothing but kindness and excellent service! They immediately hooked my vehicle up to the computer (in the parking lot), then pulled it into the service bay to check the codes further. After a little time, I was informed I needed a new battery. That was it!!! I was elated because the light that popped up suggested I may have an issue with my drive train, which completely terrified me, being I was so far away from home...ALONE! To sum it up, I am 100% satisfied with the quick and friendly service I received, and I highly recommend All Star Ford Service Center. They were all extremely personable and kind! "Orlando and Jacob saved the day! 6pm traffic on Airline Hwy and I hear a pop. A tire on my brand new Navigator Reserve starts deflating fast - a mile from the All Star dealership! With 12psi I roll in to a closed service department and those 2 angels happened to still be there. They opened the bay and installed the spare, kept the rim and ordered a new tire to arrive the next day. 25 minutes and I was back on my way. The next day my pretty black rimmed tire was back on AND I used my Lincoln bucks to offset the cost! Everything worked out so well I wasn’t even upset that I just had to replace a brand new tire on my brand new car! I was on my way to Bible Study so the Lord was looking out for me! Jacob and Orlando willing to help after the department had closed really saved the day. And the attitude was great. The GM and I chatted for a bit and I forgot his name but he was so friendly. No one acted like it sucked that some woman just rolled up in there at 6 with a blowout. Yay team All Star!!"

"Great communication and updates from service department. Exceptional repairs and maintenance performed by technicians. This is the first time having a dealership service my vehicle I and will continue bringing my vehicles here. Trying to save money with previous independent mechanic shops isn't worth the headache. "You get what you pay for" applies to my experiences. If you want repairs and maintenance handled correctly, I recommend this facility. They won a lifetime customer by impressing me with first class service and communication. Despite numerous interior repairs, my vehicle was spotless inside upon receiving it back.
