"After I tried to get in touch with these people, someone involved with them called me back from a different number. I got confused about who they are because my wife thought they sounded like someone we know. Apparently we weren't who they thought we are either, so they just hung up on us without saying anything else, the moment we figured out who they were. Just because you work with trash, it doesn't mean you should be trashy. You're not entitled to anyone's business, and when you treat people that way, you don't deserve their business either. Here's a constructive suggestion: Don't call back numbers who call your business line unless it's to do business. We call that professionalism. Then you won't upset people by acting like they inconvenienced you by trying to be your customers. We'll be taking our business elsewhere."
