"Asked if they have orange juice at drive thru, because for some reason this location never seems to have oj. I was told yes, I ordered two large, I paid for two large. When I got the the pickup window, I was told they don't have oj, when I mentioned this seems to be an ongoing problem and mentioned that I asked and was told they did. I got no response. I asked for a refund, the lack of costumer service, including from the manager is astounding. They look at me like I'm causing a problem, no apologies, a bad look on their face. Sorry, I will no longer spend my money at this location."
