"I normally wouldn’t right a bad review but Aimee left me in such an ugly situation I feel I must !!! When Denise was in charge I never had any major issues at all used her for years then Aimee took over things slowly changed to seemingly always having a little attitude Then about a month ago I let Aimee know I was having a large party and wanted to make sure pool was super clean and a couple weeks before we noticed pool was getting cloudy so we texted Aimee and she wasn’t very professional about it started texting me at 630 am blaming it on a pool you in the suction of the pool so my wife went back on our camera system to see if they even cleaned at all and they was here for only 16 minutes I think because this crew is her family she decided to take there side instead of remaining professional and sent us a message a week before my party with my pool turning green and said YALL FIND SOMEONE ELSE thanks so much for leaving us in this bind I suggest skipping this pool cleaning outfit and looking for someone more professional"
