"This “ cleaning” company was hired to do a deep house cleaning for a move out to get house ready to sell. They had NO WORKING VACUUM, not enough cleaning supplies and I paid for 8 hours and the owner/manager Basel Zatar said he would provide a discount to me because we were not pleased and did not get back with me. He doesn’t answer his phone or text messages. Do yourself a favor skip this one or clean it yourself like I had to do. They did not clean windows or dust or clean blinds. Of course they had no vacuum so there is that. Pitiful. I have pictures and video to provide proof."

"I called about a dead animal, and steer cleaning. They were responsive by phone, and came out. I liked that, but their day to day service in the French Quarter has a lot to be improved, starting with workers who are sober, clean, really value who they serve, and what it means. I have observed erratic behavior, possibly drunkenness, and one was just plain dirty, even his attire."

"While this company serves a greater purpose, it's how they get the job done that bothers me personally. I must admit, that lemony smell that's left behind when the sanitation trucks pass through does wonders for the French Quarter. However, when the operator of that truck is willingly spraying that same sanitizer on the cars that are parked along the side of the street, that's unacceptable! At 5:48am this morning, I was sitting in my car and saw the truck coming by. So, I put my car in drive implying that was getting ready to pull off. By doing this, I expected him to turn off the valve that's pointed towards the curb and he didn't. He sprayed my car with me sitting in it as I proceeded to drive away! So disrespectful! I have every intention of contacting the corporate office for this company and advising them on this despicable display of behavior, put forth by their drivers. Unreal! In addition, I'd like to know how the plan to reimburse me for the damage that's being done to my custom paint job by their drivers. Those are chemicals that are being sprayed to kill bacteria and germs while smelling good. Great! It also destroys the paint job on an automobile! Not so great! This is simply thoughtless and has to be addressed. It's not just my car that this is being done to. Next I'll capture footage and post it all over social media should this issue not be addressed.
