"Left a leather exterior, suede interior large handbag at Russell's in January 2022 for interior cleaning with a date of February 4, 2022 for pickup. On February pick-up date bag was not ready. Returned second week in March 2022, bag was not ready. At this time it was reiterated that I would receive email notification when bag ready. On May 13, 2022, called to determine status. Was told bag was ready but they were unable to get stain out and did I want to pick up bag! Arrived same day to pick up bag and charged $50 for a bag that was four months late, and had been horrendously cleaned. The suede was discolored in areas and the texture altered. They may be able to do basic dry cleaning but they are unable to provide professional service for luxury items (particularly leather)."

"I have 2 sets of drapes with stains that I was concerned would not be able to be removed. I also had questions about the process of getting those stains out. Russell's employees were super nice with all of my questions and interactions with them. This is the second time I have used them for clearning speciality drapes. Russell's is outstanding."

"I am giving them such a low score to accurately reflect the poor customer service. I am a middle aged African American woman with history and experience so when an older white man returns my credit card to me by placing it on the counter AFTER I gave it to him by placing it in his hand - it IMMEDIATELY sets my blood to boil. I tried to dismiss it after the first time, but when it happened again the second time, I KNEW it was intentional. Russell's is far TOO expensive with even more competitors for me to have to endure such treatment. I am unwilling to accept something my ancestors HAD to endure and then pay too??? ABSOUTELY NOT! To add insult to injury, on the last trip there I bought in a pair of slacks that was promised a particular day and I NEEDED for an event. When the day came, I had not received the customary email alert so I reached out and was advised that they were clean, but not pressed. He then stated all the pressers were gone for the day and he "could" turn the machines back on, but they were shorthanded due to illness. Well when I went to pick them up a couple of days later, you could imagine my shock when I was charged FULL price, without a discount or an apology for my inconveniences?!?!?"

"I brought my shirt in to get pressed today and when I picked it up it looked like it did when I dropped it off. The shirt was not pressed, it had creases in the back of it. I mean I guess if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Never coming back here again."

"Fast friendly professional courtesy. Quality product at extremely reasonable prices better than anybody else in town. Little difficult to find just off Airline west of Causeway, on the other side of the tracks on Robertson."
