"Very, very, very rude customer service from the Asian lady. She is lazy and makes excuses for not wanting to do alterations by saying “it’s a lot of work and that is going to be very expensive” EXTREMELY unprofessional, I asked for all of my clothes because I will NEVER return. Also, the place is not cleanest so beware."

"Lady so rude...no greeting or anything.I asked how long will it take she just proceeded to give me a receipt.The pick up was to long so I declined. She answered me saying the pick up day is on the ticket so ugly and took my ticket back. Horrible attitude"

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have had two awful experiences, and if I could give them 0 stars I would. The first time I went here, the lady ruined a dress that was over $200 and acted like I was the one at fault. The second time she did not get any of the stains out of the tops I brought in. She didn’t even let me know about it...I found out at home after she decided to charge me full price. I went back in and told her they had stains on them. She was unbelievably RUDE and refused to do anything about it. Again, acted like I was the person at fault. Do not waste your time going to this lady and her business. Go find another cleaners who does the job and appreciates their customers"

"Really disappointed, been using this cleaner for years. Last few times my wife has pointed out some sloppy pressing... me being a guy I’ve typically blown it off. Last time they ruined 2 of my nice button ups by placing them on a rusty hanger and it permanently staining the shirts. Again I blew it off and chalked it up as a one off. Today I just went to pick up 5 shirts with the exception that I inspected each before I left. 5 out of 6 were just fine, the 6th a brand new shirt was wrinkled badly on the collar and and around the buttons. I calmly informed the man and asked if he could just catch that one real fast and then I can leave... he informs me that he cant/won’t and informs me I’ll have to wait another day. At this point I tell him I can’t wait another day the shirts are needed for a trip. So I tell the guy just refund me the one and we’ll call it a day... he refuses this and says that he’s already “cleaned/pressed” it and that they don’t do refunds. So I payed and informed him this will be my last trip as a customer and that I’ll dispute the charges through my credit card company. To which the manager replied “I don’t care”. Long story short, avoid this cleaner!"
