They were riding close behind our sedan way over the speed limit and nearly killed my family swerving into our lane to cut us off. I would hope they aren't this reckless with people's plumbing."

"We were having an issue with our toilets backing up and we didn’t know the problem. Guy came out and insisted it was a clog and he just needed to pull up the toilet to get the clog. Charged us 260 dollars. However, that wasn’t the only clog on that line.Turns out he didn’t run the line all the way to the city and there was a second clog. When he came back out, he charged us another 175 because he said he had to run the line through a different side of the house to get the second clog. Then , he acted as he was doing us a favor by not charging us over time rate because he didn’t get to us until after hours although we called before 12pm.It wasn’t our fault it took him that long to get us because we would have been find with him coming out the next day but the company didn’t ask and just sent him."
