"Several machines that don't work & their support is useless because there's apparently no one locally to help when your money is stolen by one of their machines. The "best they can do" is have some superfluous dispatch agent Email them to help contact you at some completely unknown time to hopefully give you a refund."

"I used to have a very good opinion of this place, but it doesn't seem as well kept as it was in the past. Most of the dryers were out of order. Many washers were available. U may want to use your nose to check washer for foul odors prior to loading machine. I used half of the amount for one load of powdered detergent, when washer was done, I had to shake detergent off each article in load. I noticed a foul odor on some washed items. It's never good when you pay for somethin yet nothing in the experience fulfills any of your expectations, not even a little. Most dryers are out-of-order. I used my phone to pay for a load in the washer and was charged twice for one load washed. The drink vending machine outside, don't waste ur money I put $2 in for a drink that was never dropped. The machine just took my money, no refund.."

"The washing machine does not display how many quarters have been inserted or the price. After putting almost $5 into the machine, I called the number and was told someone would get to me the next day. I'm here working from another state, had someone been on duty,at a 24hr Laundromat, my issue would have been solved. No another complaint just do better."

"Not bad for 24hrs - the coin machines worked and they accept up to $20 bills, I did four large loads in 2 of the $5 washing machines and it took them both 25 mins to dry in the large dryers BUT most of the top load dryers do not work and on one of the bottom load dryers I used I had to put my laundry basket with the bottles of soap and bleach in it to keep the dryer door closed. I would assume it is difficult to keep such a busy place up. Overall my experience was excellent, I got my laundry done quickly and fairly cheaply as these things go on my own time and was totally satisfied."

"This laundromat has more room and more machines than where I live. I love it because of the larger machine's and dryers also. It costs more but I can wash more at once and dry within a short period of time and then go on with the rest of my day! This is a great place to hurry and wash your clothes and have the rest of the day to do what you need to."
