"5 hours of spotless cleaning deserves more than the 5 stars Google gives me! Katie and her team were diligent, detail-oriented, timely, professional, and communicative during their initial cleaning of my house. Corners, top shelves, and all of those little spots that I always think "need to magic erase that" were spotless after their cleaning. This was my first experience with a house cleaner, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I can assure you that what Platt Services says on their website is what you'll get--timely, professional services and all they need is access to your house and a vacuum (makes sense why--just ask). I work from home and was a little nervous about interruptions. All of that worry was for naught. Katie and her team kindly cleaned my office last only after asking if it was a good time for me to move into the kitchen for a little while (15 mins, tops). When I retuned, my desk was wiped clean but nothing felt amiss. Otherwise, I hardly knew they were in my house, other than the "did I just clean my glasses?" feeling when looking at my vibrant, clean house. Notable, exceedingly clean items in my house thanks to Katie and her team: my white kitchen cabinets, prone to getting sauce and oil on them; my toilet that has a perpetual water ring; my stone-floor shower that attracts mold; the dusty corners of my office; and my now-spotless windows. It is very clear that Katie and her team's conscientiousness is second to none. They come to your house to do good work that they are proud of and that I am proud to pay for, because I could never do it as well on my own. I thought, for a second, that my house is so clean maybe I don't need to rebook; but then, I quickly realized, I'm absolutely accepting this as my new standard of cleanliness and am so looking forward to my next cleaning!"
