He was waiting at my residence when I arrived to meet him and after inspecting the area, he communicated the price to me (one I found to be very fair) and began working on the problem. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem relatively quickly and had all of the power back on in my house in less time than I expected. He and his apprentice cleaned up after themselves and left the areas they worked in better than they found them.
