The owner Michael answered the phone immediately and did not hesitate to come fix the issue. After hours of working on the problem he would not give up and even offered not charge me. He was able to fix the issue. Was extremely professional and would not give up on the problem. Greatly appreciated."

"I had a running toilet problem that I replaced the flapper myself and still was running. Mike came and observed and noticed the gasket underneath my seal ring was deteriorated. He tried to go to hardware store to get replacement part but they suggested to replace toilet as they showed it was discontinued. Mike was able to order the part out of states for cheap and replace it the same day it came in! Enjoyed his service, price, and knowledge he provided me with for maintenance tips!"
