"I am retired and a Viet Nam veteran and my hot water heater pilot light went out and I tried to relight it but I couuld not see the igniter flashing so I called around to some companies and Lebleu's said that they could come and checked it out with a free estimate. Upon arrival, the tech went into the attic and came back down with five minutes and informed me that the pilot light was relit and that when I tried to see the igniter spark That I probably was not in a position to see it spark. He thanked me for my service and told me that I owed $190.00 for his dispatch and service fee. This was without telling me the fee prior to entering my attic. This is a lesson to always get the entire scope of the service charge before letting work be done."

Dwayne answered and said he would give our info to a plumber (we assumed it was one of his guys) or he would come out that day. Two hours pass and no call backs. Eventually we get a text saying he had given the info to a guy and if we didn't hear back, to call Roto-Rooter."
