"Terrible customer service. Waited all day long for my appointment and even came an hour and a half early. They said they couldn’t fix it today I had to wait till another day. The employee that fixes them was about to go home. If I would’ve waited until my actual appointment time, I would have been even more mad. But they make appointments and don’t even keep them."

"My Dish Washer is out of commission for over 40 days. Still the Geek Squad has not come and fixed this. They came 2 times and said they waiting on parts. I don't think the parts for a Samsung Dishwasher takes that long, even if they order it from Korea. The Dishwasher is under warranty, but they will not replace it. For a big company like SAMSUNG & BEST BUY, does not reflect good on them."

"I dropped my keys down the drain on a hard rainy day. I called Gary's Towing to take my car to the dealer to get a new key faub. They had a truck there in less than 30 minutes. That respons time is unheard of in the towing industry. Thanks for your quick response."

"I called and was put on hold after a fairly lengthy recorded interrogation. Having waited patiently for at least 15 minutes to speak to someone about a common and simple problem, a young lady finally answered the phone with nothing but questions and no answers.. You could ask her a question and it would just get quiet as if you had lost the connection. Finally the connection was lost due to her hanging up on me. If I could find out who that was I would certainly talk to her superior. If they started giving stuff away for free I wouldn't go over there!"
