"Take my computer there on Monday i was told I should wait for a call Wednesday or Thursday I did not get a call I waited until the following week still I get no call, I call the Friday of that week and was told by the receptionist that she will have the technician give me a call I was surprised that she couldn't offer me the status of the computer after two weeks when I went to pick up the computer the technician looks to be a teenager and seems very confused as he didn't have a clue what was wrong with my computer heeven asking me if I wanted my computer back, why would I leave my computer after I paid you $40 for diagnostic and you still couldn't tell me what was wrong with my computer, then they gave me the computer all torn down with missing parts, I never seen such unprofessional job before, these people should have done their homework before investing their money like this they told me to throw away my computer and buy a new one, just because he couldn't find the problem."
