"Terrible Customer Service!!! I’ve been going there for year to get my vehicles inspected. I have never had such horrible experience! I don’t know if the elderly man is there any more, but the younger men were very rude and not helpful! I was told to come back 3 times to be told to go somewhere else!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!"

"I showed up with over 20 minutes before closing to get two tires mounted and balanced. The employee said "Uh, it is a little late to mount tires because we would have to balance them too." in a tone as if to question how I possibly could have showed up to a tire place 20 minutes before close to have tires put on. I have never had four tires being mounted and balanced take 20 minute to complete. Much less two. From a business perspective, the people in the cars that get 10,000 miles out of their tires aren't the ones you should be denying a 10 minute service to 20 minutes before close."
