These folks have gone above and beyond to help us many times. And believe me, we have them on speed dial! I also want to give a special shout-out to Bridget Joseph and Joseph Leo. Miss Bridget runs the office and is always friendly and helpful -- she listens patiently to my sad tales of woe regarding our AC not working -- and I can't say enough about Joe. He is a master technician. Not only that, but he understands customer service. Over the top? Maybe. But, honestly, they are the best! PS: Their prices are very fair, too."
