"Rooms were very clean, but the beds were so hard that I could barely sleep. But that's more of a personal preference on my part. The walls are very thin as well so be prepared to hear your neighbors if they're loud."

"We travel frequently and this was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time! Everything was perfect from checking to checkout. The room and the entire hotel were very clean and the walking shower was beautiful surprise! The bed was extremely comfortable and the finishing touches in the room like a Kierig coffee pot, a large lighted mirror on the bathroom, and a soft light over the closet cabinet were awesome! The hotel was very quiet, the staff was friendly and attentive to anything you needed. The breakfast and coffee were great and the breakfast/lobby area were very comfortable! We travel from Michigan to Texas annually and this will absolutely be our overnight stay in the future! Thank you Marshall Holiday Inn, wonderful job!!!!"

"Would have given 5 stars but was shocked that the employee working there parked their car on the sidewalk, blocking the way to the only Handicap parking. After observing 1 elderly couple having to walk out into the parking lot to get to their car, I called the front desk. At first, she acted like she didn't know about it being on the sidewalk, and then shortly after, I watched her go outside and move her vehicle. P.s. There were few cars in the parking."

"***Response to business since I can't do it directly to them. Ma'am you were not kind at all cut the act. LOL And the only name you were called was a liar. We stayed there this past weekend and absolutely loved the stay. The problem came about because we saw we were charged $250 on our CC. We called and Stacy (that may be her name can't truly remember since she was yelling at the top of her lungs through the phone) let us know the charge was because they smelled smoke in the room. Later she said it wasn't smoke it was the smell of weed. Ma'am, is it weed or smoke? We 100% didn't smoke or have weed in that room we actually left it pretty clean. We put all the trash together. We cleaned the table because we had spilled some syrup on it so we didn't want it to be sticky. We made sure all the towels were in a pile in the restroom. We even told them at check out we noticed a red stain on the comforter that was old and to let them know it wasn't us who spilled anything red. The fact that this lady is yelling at the top of her lungs through the phone is crazy. Why is she even allowed to speak to customers like that? Did calling you a liar trigger you? Please make sure to freshen up on how to actually have proper customer service because just having a nice-looking hotel room won't cut it. Also she hung the phone up right in our face. LOL Terrible customer service."

"Staff is very helpful. There was a lot of confusion from my company regarding rooms, and who should be sharing rooms with who, and Coby at the Front Desk was patient and really great. Didnt see housekeeping, but that was probably because my cheap company made night shift personnel share rooms with day shift personnel, so housekeeping never had a real chance to get in the rooms. Overall a good place to stay, with friendly staff."
