"Absolutely BEAUTIFUL, updated, remodeled, and upscale hotel. I would also have to say that it is the cleanest place I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are so warm and welcoming and the housekeeping staff is on top of everything! The restaurant and bar in the hotel puts it over the top with their excellent food and staff, and it is so convenient to just be able to walk to the lobby to get some food and wine instead of having to load up and go to a restaurant OR pay for outrageous delivery fees!! There are no weird odors to this place, I am definitely coming back on my next trip to Houston!"

"I reserved the Marshall Clarion via Priceline and wasn’t sure what to expect. When we pulled up to the property, I wasn’t impressed, as the exterior was a bit dingy. However, beyond that this place is a jewel! Beautiful lobby, courteous staff, immaculate and well appointed rooms with very comfortable bedding and a nice full (free) breakfast bar in the morning. So glad we selected this hotel, and you will be, too!"

"The service is awesome from the front desk manager Teryn, front desk clerk Alayna and the housekeepers! The rooms are nice and clean and cozy. The Linen smells like it was on a Clothesline, smells great! There's also a restaurant that serves a variety of food and drinks, including alcohol. The pool and the gym are top notch!"

"Was checking in 2 hours early to get ready for a dinner event. Check in desk had problems with credit card machine, had to wait an hour and a half for hotel manager to drive there to fix problems, in turn I missed my dinner. No apologies from any of the staff. Also the rooms smelled like mold and my 10 year old daughter started sneezing and coughing all night long, had snot pouring out of her nose and woke up with sore throat. After 2 night stay we had to bring daughter to her pediatrician for medication and have all the paper work to back everything up. Do yourself a favor and go to hotel across the street....run away fast....worst experience ever!"
