Upon entering, my mother and I were overwhelmed by the smell of urine and feces. The place smelled horribly. The 2 girls sitting at the front desk said that tours are not offered during the week and said that there was no manager on site to answer my questions. The hours of operation are limited. Apparently, their business must be doing so well that customer service doesn't need to be a focus. I had used Camp Bow Wow in PA. I decided to visit their mid-city location. While not as convenient, the hours of service, level of knowledge of staff and customer service, and cleanliness of the place far exceeds what I witnessed at Puppy Love. You get what you pay for..."
