"Please avoid this store at all cost, we’ve taken our phones their consistently, my husband was charged today for a battery and a charge port(165$) prior to the other 4 times we’ve taken it..it’s been over 100$ to fix his phone each time. I don’t mind paying for service, especially good service, this is definitely not right and definitely not ok, prior to today we were just there less than a month ago to fix a different problem in all we’ve spent about 500$ bucks in repairs. I can only speak from my experience, I highly recommend you spend your hard earned tax dollars elsewhere, especially the African-American community."

"phone was stolen so i came in and purchased a brand new phone, and they set me up on new service and made sure i recovered all my information which i had to beg and plead and cry to get done. They made sure to take complete full advantage of me and before i knew it i had spent close to $2,000 on a new phn and the accessories to go along with it. "I went in to get my phone repaired and they quoted me a fair price I went back about 3 hours later to get my phone and my repair had almost doubled in cost! Be very wary of these guys and make sure you establish the price before you pick up your phone! I will not be back."
