"Not impressed in the slightest. Went to have an alignment done on a car I bought. After they attempted to do one, they said the lower ball joint was bad and it couldn't be aligned until that was fixed. So I fixed it and brought it back, and then they told me that they couldn't do it because the inner tie rod on the driver side was bad. I was charged full price for the first alignment even though it was never performed fully, and then they wanted to charge me again. What really got me is he told me I only needed to change the one inner tie rod... No mechanic would ever suggest replacing a single inner tie rod. Bare minimum you would do both on one side, but any decent mechanic would tell you to do both on both sides. You're getting the alignment either way, and the parts are not very expensive. I will not be back"

"Took my car by for a simple alignment. I was told they couldn’t do the alignment without replacing the front 2 tires and that I needed both new struts. They quoted me over $400. When I got back in my car, it reeked of cigarette smoke. This is absolutely unacceptable. I brought my car to another shop for a second opinion & they did the alignment for me and I only had to pay $72 to fix 2 camber bolts. I did not need new struts and I certainly did not leave with my car smelling like cigarettes either. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not be back."

"This place has been bought out and the service is awful. My parents took their car for an alignment. When they got it back it was stalling. When they took it back to them they tried to fix it but had messed up the electronics. Needless to say they had to take it elsewhere to be fixed. They do not know what they're doing."

"Having to get new tires out of town will subject you price gouging. Also, tires were over inflated and they did not have the tool or maybe experience to know that some vehicles require tms to get all tires to be notice the vehicle diagnostics system."

"I would not recommend going to them at all. I went in to get some lug nuts put on and ended up getting my cv axle changed. Now my car is out of line the right side is popping. Terrible wait times. I went back to them get an alignment and now my car is even worse."
