"Went to have my watch’s battery replaced, and pressure tested (waterproof watch). I was quoted $100 when I dropped the watch off. I was called 10 days later to let me know my watch was ready for pick up and was charged $265. Make sure you get prices in writing."

"I bought earrings at a cost of $5000. They are very poor quality with bad workmanship and poor design. They have broken twice now. The first time they broke they did send me a ship tag and told me they would take care of it. Before they shipped them back they wanted $125 for shipping and repair. Really!!! Once I got them back I wore them one time, stored them on an earring tree, put them on, then put on a necklace. My hand brushed the bottom of the earring as I was pulling my hair out from the necklace and the earring broke again. You can see how small the connecting loop is for the size of the earring. I have called the store and informed them that they have broken again. And nothing, add horrible customer service now"
