Went in on a Saturday and she took the time to ask me how my day was and when I told her our dinner plans and how we were worried we wouldn’t get a table she gave us other backup restaurants to try. There was a mishap with the piece I bought and they replaced it when I returned the first one the next day. I also got a ring the next day because I loved their customer service and kindness so much that I wanted to continue to support this small business! Their unique ability to relate to their customers and offer a warm and friendly face is what sets them apart as a business. Again, Madison and the other woman who helped me were great. They took the time to talk to me and help me pick a piece based on what I was looking for. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this shop and I will be ordering online in the near future!"

"We stopped in to Nola Rock Co. on our vacation and I bought a dendrite ring for my fiancé’s birthday. Unfortunately, about a month later the stone fell out of the ring and we lost it. I contacted the store online and Rheannon went above and beyond to make it right for us. She provided photos of the rings she had in store and shipped out a free replacement to our home in Florida within a couple of days. They could have easily done nothing and so I really appreciate the service that this small business provided us. We’ll definitely continue shopping here when in New Orleans."

"I truly am not a rock person. I went with my brother and my daughter who are. Yet, I picked up a labradorite stone and could not put it down. The amazing young woman working definitely noticed my affinity for the stone. She was full of knowledge and taught this old guy some things. The store has a comforting feel, unlike the previous shop I visited. You can certainly feel the care that she puts in to place each stone so they do not clash. My daughter wanted a ring, the young woman definitely guided her in choosing the right stone for her. An excellent experience. I will definitely stop every visit I make into the city."
