"I tried to schedule an appointment and was not allowed to because they stated I needed a referral. I have insurance and usually no referrals are required. I did not need referrals for neurosurgery but for this group I need a referral! And no one at the office returns calls. Or acknowledges receipt of paperwork.Really disappointing. Not very professional."
