"This facility and the providers are fantastic"
"We were not allowed to personally speak with the dentist about the situation. My wife was not even allowed in the door with my other son. They would not allow my other son to walk back with her to get our son with the appointment settled. They would not let my other son stand in the lobby for just a minute while she walked our other son to the back. The clinic needs to understand that families have more than one child. People work. They need to be more family oriented, and understanding. We are disappointed with the actions of this clinic."
