"Every time I have come here I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff and providers were attentive to my needs. They always brief me on the medications and my concerns are addressed. The check in process is easy. There is a wait sometimes but it is worth it for the excellent care."

"This was my second time being seen here… I never write a review.. but this really got under my skin because it happened a second time…the assistant at the front desk has a very nasty attitude and it was both times I was seen there… but other than that… the care team was amazing."

"Headline: Made an appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Not taken to a room until 20 minutes after the appointment time. Was waiting alone and still not at the front of the line for triage 15 minutes after that. Learned that there were still 3 patients ahead of me and a single doctor on site to see us. There was no path to being seen within an hour of the appointment time. I had to return to work and left without being seen or getting help. No one was rude, unkind, or unprofessional. The model simply seems broken and/or misleading. I'd understand if I went to an urgent care clinic and walked in and they estimated a 2 hour wait time. It'd be disappointing but understandable. This spot gives appointment times, purports to adhere to them, but then seems to lack any mechanism for seeing patients within a reasonable amount of time of scheduled appointment."

"On Friday 11/10/2023 I brought my husband to urgent care because he had been sick all week and didn’t look good. The staff and the service was amazing. They made it very comfortable for us explained everything very thoroughly and ease our mine . The doctor we saw, explained everything to us in Laymans terms, which means we could actually understand what was going on, we were very happy with our experience and will tell everyone if they need a good place to go this is the place..
